About Us

Patricia Bennett

I am a REALTOR® and licensed broker, specializing in the sale and marketing of homes throughout Alameda County since 1985. I’m a top-producing agent and have held many nominated and elected leadership positions in local and State REALTOR® associations. I am a Certified Real Estate Negotiator.  As a listing specialist working with sellers, I have assembled an impressive, experienced team of professional painters, contractors, stagers, designers, and landscapers to help transform our client’s homes into highly desirable properties that sell for the highest possible price.

Originating from New York City, I have lived in Oakland for 46 years. My background in advertising and marketing was a perfect match for my expertise and experience with real estate. My participation in the community has enabled me to know the schools, the neighborhoods, the services, and the benefits available to all our clients.
